Backyard Sports Courts
An on-site assessment measures your yard first, then maps a layout that fits your space without consuming it. Sport court tiles, concrete, or a multi-sport line layout are selected based on your yard depth and how you plan to use the court.
Basketball Court Installation
Slope and drainage are assessed before the right base is chosen for your site. The finished court includes a compacted base, your chosen surface, regulation line striping, and hoop mounting, sized and graded to play well for years.
Commercial HOA & School Courts
The existing base condition and site drainage are assessed before any surface work begins. The finished court handles daily volume use with acrylic sports coating, regulation multi-sport striping, perimeter fencing, and equipment installation included in the scope.
Court Design & Site Preparation
The site survey uses a laser level, checks soil stability, and maps drainage lines before any base work begins. Hillside lots and clay-heavy soil common across LA County often need more excavation than a flat yard suggests.
Court Lighting & Fencing
Fence post depth and top-rail condition are assessed before fixture placement is planned, since mounting arms attach directly to the fence structure. The finished install includes a lux coverage check to confirm even light distribution across the full court surface.
Court Resurfacing, Repairs & Maintenance
The site inspection covers the surface for cracks, drainage failures, and coating wear before any repair work is scoped. The written estimate covers cleaning, crack filling, patch compound, acrylic coating layers, and line repainting as separate line items.
Multi-Sport Court Installation
The site assessment covers the site, the base grade, and a synthetic sport surfacing that handles basketball, pickleball, and other games on one layout. Line striping for each sport is planned before the surface goes down so markings stay readable and distinct.
Pickleball Court Installation
Site slope and drainage are checked before a concrete or asphalt base is selected. The finished court includes acrylic surfacing, regulation line striping within a minimum 30x60 ft footprint, net post installation, and a drainage slope verification before sign-off.
Tennis Court Installation
The subgrade and slope are checked before any base work begins. The finished court includes a compacted base, UV-stable acrylic surface coating, drainage setup, perimeter fencing, net posts, and regulation line marking, each phase itemised in the written estimate.
Tennis-to-Pickleball Conversions
The existing surface is checked for cracks and drainage issues before the pickleball layout is planned. The conversion includes acrylic resurfacing where needed, regulation line striping with color differentiation, and permanent net post installation or a portable net system.
