Commercial HOA & School Courts
Base inspection, site grading, and drainage design are completed before surface work begins, so the finished court handles high-volume use without cracking or pooling. Acrylic sports coating and multi-use striping let one surface serve basketball, pickleball, and other sports for HOA communities and school campuses.
Court Design & Site Preparation
A laser level survey and soil stability assessment identify drainage problems and slope issues before excavation begins. Subbase compaction and drainage line placement are completed to the tolerances the surface requires, so the finished court stays level and drains cleanly through Southern California’s wet season.

Fence post depth and top-rail integrity are checked before fixture placement is decided, since mounting arms and LED fixtures depend on post strength to stay aimed correctly. A surface inspection identifies crack depth, drainage failure, and coating adhesion before any repair work begins. Crack filling compound, patch repair, and multiple acrylic coating layers are applied in sequence, with each coat allowed to cure before the next is added, so the finished surface bonds correctly and lasts.
Multi-Sport Court Installation
Site grading and drainage are completed before the base goes down, so the finished surface handles year-round Southern California use without cracking or pooling. Multi-sport line striping for basketball, pickleball, and other games is laid over a UV-stable acrylic coating, with half-court layouts available where full-court dimensions do not fit the site.
Pickleball Court Installation
A site slope check determines whether an existing hard surface can be converted or a new concrete slab is needed, so the base decision is made on actual ground conditions rather than assumptions. Acrylic surfacing, regulation line striping for a 20 x 44 ft court, and net post installation are completed in sequence with drainage slope verified at each stage.
Tennis Court Installation
Subgrade inspection and grading come first, since Southern California clay soil shifts seasonally and an unstable base causes cracking and uneven bounce regardless of the surface applied over it. Concrete or asphalt base layers, UV-stable acrylic coating, net posts, perimeter fencing, and regulation line marking are all completed in sequence with drainage verified at each stage.
Tennis-to-Pickleball Conversions
A surface condition check and crack inspection determine whether the existing base can be reused before any layout work begins. Acrylic coating, color-differentiated line striping, and permanent net post installation are completed in sequence, with a standard tennis court accommodating up to four regulation pickleball courts within its footprint.
